I would just like to conclude our business by saying it has been an absolute pleasure to have my gate project carried out by GDR.
Since moving here I have had a lot of work done, structural work in the lounge, new bathroom and hall, fitted wardrobe and storage cupboards, two ‘porch-ways’ …. and over-all I have been pleased with the work done. However GDR are easily winners of my ‘best company’ award. Knowledgeable, amenable, professional, excellent work ethic and such nice people to deal with, yourself included. I have had no apprehensions and I am delighted with my gates and fencing.
I would like to put in a special word for Jordan as he worked like a Trojan despite some very miserable and cold weather, always cheerful, never took time out for mobile calls or disappearing acts (as some do!) or even cups of tea. He worked with confidence and was always so cheerful and informative when we spoke.
Having come on to the job at short notice when a different installer fell through, Gareth and his team worked tirelessly with builders and gate manufacturers to ensure a seamless install.
This wasn’t a straightforward job by any means, but we were really impressed with GDR’s professionalism, good humour and dexterity. Everything was explained clearly and completed in good time with the minimum of fuss.
The completed project looks superb and works faultlessly, and Gareth has been accessible and obliging in relation to subsequent changes we’ve asked for in relation to the set up – making the whole experience as user-friendly as possible.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the business.

From the first contact with GDR we found them professional and extremely helpful regarding our electric gate issue.
They are very customer focused and provide regular communication in respect of work to do and come back to us immediately with dates of repairs and always ask for authorisation should any unforeseen repairs need to be carried out – the reports that follow work are easy to read and informative. GDR even provided residents in the property easy to use instructions to manually open the gate should it fail.

So many people have commented on the quality of the gates GDR installed for me a little while ago that I feel compelled to pass the compliments on.
